Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original box or a similar sustainable mailer, ensuring all tags are intact and the item is in its original condition.
Attach Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
